How many hypnosis sessions are needed?

Of course, all people are individuals so it can vary a bit. But statistically speaking about 90% of my hypnosis clients usually only work with me about 2-3 times in total. 2 times hypnosis is the minimum for us to be able to do serious work, but then we work to create lasting changes that would stand the test of time!

I don’t guarantee results because everything we do is teamwork, but I always do my best to help my hypnosis clients and that attitude usually pays off! 😉

I have worked for many years as a hypnotist and have helped a big amount of clients with a variety of problems and have very good references. I am also a career consultant. I have had many managers and entrepreneurs among my clients.
